We are a Staffing Agency looking for an experienced Account Manager for our client an Entertainment Business Management Firm. This role is an in-person role. All candidates must be local to Los Angeles. All candidates must have previous experience in Business Management Accounting.

Duties included but not limited to:

• A/P and A/R

• Oversee all financial aspects of accounts
• Comfortable with communicating / interacting with clients, client representation and staff members
• Monthly financial statement preparation, budgeting, review and analysis
• Client meetings

• Bank deposits and account set up

• Invoicing and account statement preparation
• Individual & Corporate tax projections
• Manage insurance and tax issues
• Day-to-day review / tracking of client real estate transactions loans, rates, mortgages, lines of credit, and credit cards

• Review and analysis of credit card transactions
• Assist with large purchases, both business and personal

• Preparation of medical and insurance forms

• Year-end tax form preparation

• Year-end report preparation
• Ability to research client issues and update Business Manager
• Special projects and other duties as needed

Skills and Qualifications include:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Must have experience in the Entertainment Industry as an Account Executive/Manager or relevant CPA industry experience
• Able to prioritize, change priorities as needed, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environments
• PC/MAC MS Office: Microsoft Excel / Outlook. Advanced Excel skills are A

• QuickBooks

• Payroll service / tax deposit experience
• Tech-savvy
• Able to multi-task

• Stable work history

• Excellent references

Salary: $75,000 to $95,000 DOE benefits
